Batch No. 214 — logged and roasting

Roasted to the same curve,
every single batch.

Meridian Coffee Roasters is a small-batch roastery built around one idea: every origin gets a roast curve we’ve calibrated and logged, so the bag you buy tastes like the last one — and the next one.

The Process

From green bean to your cup, in four fixed steps.

We don’t deviate from this sequence  it’s the only way we’ve found to hit the same curve every time.See the full process

01 / Select

Source

Green beans bought direct from three growing regions and cupped every week.

02 / Roast

Calibrate

Twelve-pound batches, roasted to a logged curve that’s been dialed in and repeated for that origin.

03 / Rest

Degas

Every batch rests 48 hours so the beans can release CO2 before sealing.

04 / Ship

Deliver

Bagged and shipped within a week of the roast date. Never before.

Origins

Three regions. One roast profile each.

Each origin gets exactly the roast that suits it best. Browse the full shop →
